About Charlie

Fourteen years ago, I was introduced to the coaching industry when I worked at a company called The Strategic Coach, and started working with high-level entrepreneurs and executives to expand their lives in more ways than one.

In my time as a coach, I have supported thousands of people in their own personal evolution to create massive leaps in their lives, businesses, and in relationships with others and with themselves. This work truly is my life purpose and fills me with such immense joy every day.

So how did I get started in my own business? I had a massive personal awakening myself in 2014. I wasn’t listening to my own body as it was screaming at me to “Stop! Pivot! Change!” — anything that would get me out of the life I was living and into a more expansive channel. I had the deep desire to start my own business, travel further, and do more fulfilling work in my purpose, but I didn’t listen to my intuition as much as it tried to get my attention.

The Universe throws us pebbles, and if we don’t listen to the pebbles as they hit, it comes right back and throws a brick instead. It will keep throwing signs in your face until you pay attention and eventually, I couldn’t ignore it.

I made the necessary changes to correct my life, but I’ll be the first to admit it wasn’t an easy transition. Stepping into entrepreneurship made me see that I, like most other entrepreneurs, was held back by my own limiting beliefs. The accumulation of bad habits, past traumas, and my own limiting thoughts came back to haunt me, and they made me feel like I wasn’t worthy of my success.

I fought my way through the growth steps, and now I’m committed to helping you listen to your inner voice, the ball of fire in your belly, and all of the signs that are telling you: “It's time. It’s time to step into your next chapter, into your greater self, and into your new life.”

When you take that leap, I have no doubt that you will come face-to-face with your own limiting beliefs. Every time you level up, the limiting beliefs that live inside you will get louder. They will beg for your attention.

Once the space has been created we can tune in and listen deeper to what the next actions look like, design a path forward that lights you up, and strategize the ways we will get there.

CREATING SPACE

When there is too much noise in the subconscious, in our environments and in our general lives it gets very hard to listen to our inner voice to determine next steps. Here I begin by “weeding the garden” with you so that we can plant and grow new flowers in your life & business.

INSPIRED ACTION

There is desperate action that people take on a hope and a wish, or because it sounds like a good idea. Then there is inspired action, sourced from your highest self, your soul and God. These are the actions I support you to identify and take. I'm here for accountability and auditing actions regularly so you can make the entire vision a reality.
