As a Self-Leadership and Personal Evolution Coach, I am hosting a full-day intensive retreat for men in Vancouver, Canada on Saturday, January 20, 2024. As the first ALL-FEMALE FACILITATED Men's event of its kind, you'll shake loose all the old crap that isn't serving you anymore. You'll release any stories that are not empowering you to the highest degree. You'll have even more access to the tools and support you need to become THE HERO in your own life. You'll take action in being your BEST SELF YET for 2024.

The Getaway - Spring 2024
Ever wish you could just sit with a bunch of powerhouse women in a sunny destination to be creative and get a ton of your goals accomplished then go have margaritas and sit by the pool while being served food by an in-house chef? Yeah, me too. So I'm creating a small, but mighty destination work retreat for 6-8 women who want to work and play together.
